Yes. The site is yours on launch day, and the domain is registered in your name from the start. Care is optional, and you can leave it and take everything with you.
Builds have a written scope and price. Care has a 12-month minimum, then runs month to month. We send a written reminder 30 days before the minimum ends.
A template is built for the average business, so it ends up looking like everyone else's. A custom site is designed around your customers and what they need to do, and it tends to load faster and be easier for Google to read. You also own the code, so you are never tied to a platform's pricing or limits.
By a simple form or by email. Routine edits such as text, photos, hours and prices fit inside your monthly Care hours. Bigger changes, like new pages, are quoted first.
Builds are split in two: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Custom builds are split in three. Care is billed monthly, or yearly in advance. We accept Interac e-Transfer and card.
On Care, hosting is included and we pay for it. If you leave Care, we hand over the full site and move it to a hosting account in your name. From then on you pay the hosting provider directly. Your domain is registered in your name the whole time.
Usually yes. Takeover setup includes an audit, backups, security hardening and a hosting move if needed, then the site goes on Care.
More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI answers instead of scrolling through results. We build your site so these tools can read it easily, with fast pages, structured data and clear answers. Nobody can guarantee a spot in AI answers, and we won't claim to.
Yes. We are based in Winnipeg and work remotely across North America. Prices are in CAD, and we are happy to quote in USD.
